I’ve lived a lifetime of loving and playing folk music. This is one of my favorite folk music moments. Humanity has and is still evolving through the visions of artists, musicians, poets and dreamers of all kinds. Hope ya like it.

Eau Clair, Wisconsin is home of one of the best independent guitar builders I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Gordy Bischoff is truely a world class craftsman and his guitars will surely endure the test of time.
All over this world some of most amazing musical talent is found in the obscurity of living rooms, kitchens, and around campfires. It should make us re-think our approach to music education. So much of their skills are learned vicariously from early exposure to music that’s being played by others, long before these youngsters ever pick up an instrument.
Since this video was recorded the Tuttle Family has grown up to become major figures one the American bluegrass music scene. You can check them out at their web site.
